Privacy Policy for SwiperSniper

SwiperSniper respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SwiperSniper application.


1. Information Collection

SwiperSniper does not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal information to external servers.

The app operates entirely on your device.

SwiperSniper uses the following device features:


Camera Access

The camera is used solely to capture selfies when the user swipes a photo.
All image processing occurs locally on the device.


Photo Library Access

The photo library is accessed to:

  • Allow the user to select a “Swiper” bait image.
     
  • Save captured selfies to the user’s device.
     

No images are uploaded or transmitted outside the device.


In-App Purchases

In-app purchase transactions are processed securely by Apple.
SwiperSniper does not receive or store payment information.


2. Face Data and Biometric Information

SwiperSniper does not use facial recognition technology.

SwiperSniper does not collect, analyze, generate, store, or share:

  • Biometric identifiers
     
  • Facial geometry data
     
  • Face templates
     
  • Faceprints
     
  • Facial recognition data
     

Selfies captured in the app are treated as standard photographs only.

No face detection, face tracking, or biometric processing is performed.

All images remain entirely on the user’s device.


3. How Information Is Used

Photos captured within the app are:

  • Displayed to the user
     
  • Optionally saved to the user’s Photo Library
     

SwiperSniper does not:

  • Upload photos or videos
     
  • Use analytics or tracking tools
     
  • Use advertising identifiers
     
  • Include third-party SDKs
     
  • Transmit user data to any external server
     

4. Data Sharing

SwiperSniper does not share personal data with third parties.

Any sharing (such as saving a photo or manually sharing to social media) is initiated entirely by the user using built-in iOS sharing tools.


5. Data Storage and Retention

SwiperSniper does not store user photos or data on external servers.

Photos are stored only in the user’s iOS Photo Library if the user grants permission.

The app does not retain images internally after they are saved.
Users may delete photos at any time using the Photos app.


6. Children’s Privacy

SwiperSniper does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.


7. Your Choices

You may:

  • Revoke camera or photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
     
  • Delete saved photos from your Photo Library at any time.
     

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
